 The serial number you've given me doesn't unlock my trial.
Solution
If nothing happens when you enter your serial number, or you see a red cross next to the serial number, the first thing to check is that you have the right trial, for example that you haven't downloaded Web Designer instead of Web Designer Premium, or Designer Pro instead of Photo & Graphic Designer, or an old version instead of the current version.
