The Realtracker module service was provided for Xara by a third party, www.realtracker.com.

Unfortunately Realtracker have decided to cease support for this free module with immediate effect and so all Realtracker modules have now stopped working permanently. Therefore, if you have one of these modules on your website please remove it and delete it from your Module Store. We apologise for the lack of notice about this service termination.

Removing the RealTracker module from your website

A module displays within your web page when you have inserted its corresponding HTML snippet within your page. An example HTML module snippet is shown below.

When your web page is viewed within a browser, the browser reads the snippet of HTML and retrieves the module from the xara servers to display it within your Web page. To prevent this from occurring, simply remove the snippet of HTML from your page

Deleting the RealTracker module from your Module Store

• Login, to your Module Store
• Select the check box associated with the module you wish to delete.
• Click on the Delete button from the Tools menu

Deleting your modules will cause the module inserted within your web site to be replaced with a ‘modules is unavailable notice’ We therefore recommend you remove the modules from your web pages prior to deleting them from within your account.

There are a number of alternative free services which can be used to track your site visitors one of which is Google Analytics.
