 Error code -14 is encountered when attempting to activate Xara Designer Pro
Solution A message which reads The serial number you entered is invalid is displayed when attempting to activate Xara Designer Pro using the serial number provided on the product CD sleeve.   

Please ensure you enter the serial number shown within your account and sent to your email address when you purchased Xara Designer Pro as this will allow you to successfully activate the product. The serial number shown on the CD sleeve should be disregarded.
