 I am a ZyWeb customer and wish to contact the Xara support team regarding my Xara Modules
Solution 1. Go to http://support.xara.com

2. Enter your ZyWeb username within the email address field from the sign in area on the right side of the page.  Ensure you append .zyweb to the end of the username

3. Enter your zyweb password within the password field and click on the sign in button

4. Once logged in, click on the link named ‘Submit a Ticket’

5. Select Using a Product from the Department list and click on Next

6. Select Xara online Add-ons from the ‘Select Product’ list, complete the remaining fields of the form and submit the ticket
