If you have one of the following products:
Xtreme 5, Xtreme Pro 5, Web Designer 5, 6, 7 or MX8, Photo & Graphic Designer 6 or 7, Designer Pro 6 or 7, Xara 3D Maker 7:
Visit the Xara Service Center and click on the link 'I've forgotten my password', enter your email address and click on Continue.
You will receive an email which contains a reminder hint for password if you entered one when you registered. You will also receive a link to set up a new password in case the hint doesn't help.
If you have one of the following:
XaraClub or Xara Online accounts products: Xara3D 6 or earlier, Menu Maker, ScreenMaker, Xara Online, fonts, Xtreme/Xtreme Pro version 4 and older, Xara XS
Visit http://app.xaraonline.com/_stratus/hint.aspx - this will allow you to enter your email address, your user name or your serial number and have your password reminder hint emailsed to you as well as instructions on resetting your password.
If you find that this email and password combination does not work in the way you expect – for example you are not getting an upgrade discount or you cannot unlock a product – consider the possibility that you might have another account with a different email address. If you sign in at the Xara Service Center and go to ‘My Products’ you can see which products are registered in this account.
