This problem can occur when the dlls at C:\Program Files\Common Files\MSSoap\Binaries have failed to register. 

Close Webstyle.  Select Start followed by run and type regedit

Enter  regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\MSSoap\Binaries\MSSOAP30.dll" and press OK

Enter  regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\MSSoap\Binaries\wisc10.dll" and press OK

Enter  regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\MSSoap\Binaries\mssoap1.dll" and press OK

Enter  regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\MSSoap\Binaries\WHSC30.dll" and press OK

Enter  regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\MSSoap\Binaries\WISC30.dll" and press OK

Enter  regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\MSSoap\Binaries\Resources\1033\MSSOAPR3.dll" and press OK

Enter  regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\Common Files\MSSoap\Binaries\Resources\1033\mssoapr.dll" and press OK

Note that after each DLL registration, a message will be displayed indicating success or failure, but after the .exe file action, no message will be displayed.

Restart Webstyle and click on the Update button or click on a template displaying a download arrow or a $ symbol next to it.
